RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY
Natural Whetstone LLC has a flat rate for shipping and handling. This rate generally covers shipping anywhere throughout the Contiguous United States (48 states).
Please note: If additional money for postage is required, we will make every attempt to contact the customer to request additional funds.
If the customer chooses not to pay additional shipping, or if we cannot contact the customer, Natural Whetstone LLC reserves the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your product, you have 7 days from the date that you received your order to request a refund.
You may request a refund by emailing: orders@naturalwhetstone.com
If a refund is requested, Natural Whetstone LLC will provide a return label as a courtesy to you. Natural Whetstone LLC will not issue any refunds until we have received the returned product.
If you receive a stone that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must notify Natural Whetstone LLC within 1 day to initiate a refund or exchange.

If a refund or exchange is requested, Natural Whetstone LLC will provide a return label for the damaged or defective stone as a courtesy to you.
Natural Whetstone LLC will not issue any refunds or provide any product exchanges until we have received the damaged product.
